About this role
ElevenLabs is seeking a Tech Support Engineer for their London office to provide comprehensive IT support across device management, end-user assistance, and office operations. This hybrid role involves supporting colleagues with technical issues, managing hardware lifecycle, maintaining AV systems, and building automations to improve operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Manage device lifecycle including laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure data wiping
- Provide on-site IT support to London office colleagues and handle inbound support requests
- Ensure meeting room and audiovisual equipment operates reliably
- Conduct IT onboarding for new employees and provide first-point-of-contact support
- Build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive IT tasks
- Create and maintain internal IT documentation and guides
