Security Engineer, Corporate Security
About this role
Cape, a privacy-focused mobile carrier, is hiring a Security Engineer to design and manage comprehensive corporate security controls across identity, endpoint, network, and information systems. You'll reduce organizational risk by implementing security policies, managing vulnerabilities, conducting assessments, and building a strong security culture across the company.
What you'll do
- Design and implement security controls and policies for corporate IT systems, protecting employee, customer, and business data
- Manage identity and access management (IAM/SSO/MFA), endpoint security (EDR/MDM), and email/network security (DLP, firewalls, VPN)
- Conduct security assessments of corporate systems and vendors to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
- Own vulnerability management lifecycle including scanning, prioritization, patch management, and remediation tracking
- Lead security awareness programs and phishing simulations to build organizational security culture
- Assess and manage third-party vendor security risk through questionnaires, contract reviews, and ongoing monitoring
