Eudia is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as a strategic bridge between government customers and internal teams, translating complex workflows into scalable AI-powered solutions. You'll partner directly with clients to drive deployment and adoption while shaping product direction.
What you'll do
- Work directly with government customers to understand institutional workflows and translate them into deployment strategies
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver and scale AI solutions
- Drive customer adoption and measure success of AI implementations
- Act as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and technical teams
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development
- Design and execute deployment plans that transform operational processes
