About this role
Eulerity seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between the company and enterprise clients, implementing APIs and SDKs while providing technical demos and troubleshooting support. You'll combine hands-on coding with client communication, translating requirements across product, engineering, and account teams in a fast-paced marketing automation environment.
What you'll do
- Deliver technical demonstrations to clients showcasing platform capabilities and integration workflows
- Deploy APIs, SDKs, and user experiences into client architectures and existing systems
- Write integration glue code and debug API calls to support seamless client implementations
- Investigate and resolve campaign issues by identifying root causes and implementing fixes
- Coordinate across Account Management and Engineering teams on technical problems and initiatives
- Translate client feedback and technical discussions into clear engineering requirements
