About this role
Eulerity seeks a Solutions Engineer to drive pre-sales for its multi-location marketing platform, bridging technical discovery, solution design, and product feedback. You'll guide enterprise and franchise clients through complex implementations while partnering with sales and customer success teams.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery calls with prospects and translate requirements into tailored demos and proposals
- Design solutions including integrations and workflows for enterprise and multi-location clients
- Manage POC evaluations and respond to RFIs and RFPs
- Communicate market feedback and trends to Product and Engineering teams
- Partner with Customer Success on post-sale handoffs and onboarding
