About this role
Wyetech seeks a Software Engineer 2 to develop and modernize front-end processing capabilities for a mission-critical malware analysis tool serving federal government customers. You'll collaborate with a skilled engineering team to build data processing features, enhance existing services, and contribute to system architecture decisions in a security-focused environment.
What you'll do
- Develop and enhance complex software systems for malware analysis modernization program
- Design and implement front-end data processing capabilities and services
- Review, test, and validate software components against design requirements
- Resolve software defects and maintain system integrity
- Provide technical input on hardware/software tradeoffs and COTS/GOTS integration
- Document test results and contribute to requirements analysis at system and component levels
