Join a growing optics company in Austin as a Manufacturing/NPI Engineer to lead the transition of optical products from design to production. What you'll do

  • Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities from prototype through initial production runs
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for optical components and assemblies
