IT Engineer
About this role
Fluidstack is building massive compute infrastructure for AI and seeks an IT Engineer to support rapid company growth in San Francisco. You'll manage identity systems, device fleets, and internal infrastructure while enabling employees to move at the speed needed to scale from current operations to 10+ gigawatts.
What you'll do
- Provide hands-on IT support to in-office and remote employees with fast ticket resolution
- Administer MDM across macOS, iOS, and Windows; manage Okta identity and SaaS integrations
- Run procurement and asset management for hardware across its full lifecycle
- Build automations and clear documentation to reduce manual work at scale
- Own employee and contractor onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews
- Support internal network, A/V systems, and security for multi-tenant environments
