About this role

Formic seeks a Go-To-Market Engineer to build and manage the technical infrastructure powering our marketing campaigns and lead generation systems. You'll architect multi-channel outbound automation, deploy AI-powered workflows, and drive pipeline growth through integrated GTM technology and creative campaign execution.

What you'll do

  • Own setup, deployment, and management of GTM tech stack (Apollo, Instantly, HeyGen, etc.) to ensure reliable data flow and pipeline growth
  • Design and deploy AI-powered outreach workflows using Claude, OpenAI, and similar LLMs to automate personalization and lead generation at scale
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to ideate and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, video, social, and paid channels
  • Build tracking and attribution into all campaigns; create dashboards and reporting systems for pipeline metrics, ROI, CAC, and conversion data
  • Evaluate new tools and platforms, identify GTM stack gaps, and proactively implement solutions to improve performance
  • Support A/B testing frameworks, analyze results, and translate findings into actionable campaign iterations
