The role combines ServiceNow platform expertise with frontend development using JavaScript, Angular, and cloud technologies like AWS and Elasticsearch.

What you'll do

  • Develop and enhance ServiceNow custom applications and support the Global Infrastructure Business System (GIBS) suite
  • Design and implement frontend interfaces using JavaScript, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS platforms
  • Conduct business process analysis and translate customer needs into technical requirements
  • Create Flow Designer automations, catalog items, and business rules within ServiceNow
  • Manage systems lifecycle, change management, and release processes with stakeholder coordination
  • Develop technical documentation, knowledge artifacts, and process improvement recommendations
