About this role
Galaxy seeks an AI & IT Operations Engineer to manage enterprise AI platforms and support technical initiatives across the organization. You'll handle platform administration, feature evaluation, governance oversight, and operational coordination while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll do
- Administer enterprise AI platforms including configuration, access control, connectors, and permissions management
- Track and evaluate new AI features, releases, and integrations across tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor
- Support governance, risk review, and security oversight of AI tooling in coordination with IT teams
- Assist with API-related work, documentation, testing, and operational support for AI initiatives
- Identify process gaps and move workflow from reactive to proactive by organizing priorities and ensuring follow-through
- Partner on AI engineering efforts including testing, implementation support, and technical task coordination
