Software Engineer Intern — Summer 2027

About this role

Gallup seeks a software engineering intern for summer 2027 to build customer-facing applications and explore AI-driven solutions. You'll work full-stack with TypeScript, React, Python, and SQL while collaborating with experienced engineers on products that serve research and analytics platforms.

What you'll do

• Develop and enhance customer-facing applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Python, and SQL across front-end and back-end systems
• Explore AI and emerging technologies to create personalized user experiences based on customer needs and interactions
• Convert promising ideas into proofs of concept through rapid experimentation and iteration
• Solve engineering challenges by evaluating options, implementing solutions, and testing thoroughly
• Contribute to products that help acquire customers, increase engagement, and connect users with Gallup's solutions
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to design, build, test, and improve software quality
