About this role

What you'll do
- Develop and enhance customer-facing applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Python, and SQL across front-end and back-end systems
- Explore AI and emerging technologies to create personalized user experiences based on customer needs and interactions
- Convert promising ideas into proofs of concept through rapid experimentation and iteration
- Solve engineering challenges by evaluating options, implementing solutions, and testing thoroughly
- Contribute to products that help acquire customers, increase engagement, and connect users with Gallup's solutions
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to design, build, test, and improve software quality
