Field Engineer

About this role

Motive seeks a hands-on Field Engineer to lead hardware installations and deployments for their fleet management platform. You'll be a subject matter expert responsible for executing complex installations, training partners, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product feedback to shape future releases.

What you'll do

• Install, supervise, and troubleshoot Motive hardware and software implementations at customer sites
• Develop and deliver training content and certification programs for installation partners
• Participate in alpha and beta testing of new products with detailed installation feedback
• Create and maintain installation guides, how-to articles, and help center resources
• Build and maintain a hardware lab for product testing and evaluation
• Ensure onsite safety and operational efficiency during all deployments
