About this role
Harbinger, an innovative commercial EV manufacturer, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead production optimization and continuous improvement in their Garden Grove facility. You'll resolve manufacturing issues, drive process enhancements across safety and quality, and support new product launches for medium-duty electric vehicles.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary engineering resource for manufacturing issues impacting safety, quality, and productivity
- Develop and maintain work instructions, standard work, PFMEAs, control plans, and manufacturing documentation
- Develop, implement, and validate corrective and preventive actions with root cause analysis
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput and cost reduction
- Design and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions
- Support new product introductions, ECO implementation, and manufacturing readiness activities
