Quality Engineer, Interior/ Exterior Trim
About this role
Harbinger seeks a Quality Engineer to oversee interior and exterior trim quality for their HC CAB electric vehicles. You'll establish quality standards, conduct root cause analysis, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement across cabin components throughout their product lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Monitor quality performance metrics and identify high-impact issues using supplier, process, and warranty data
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams using data-driven approaches
- Develop and maintain quality standards, control systems, and manufacturing protocols for HC Series CAB
- Perform inspections and testing of materials, equipment, and products for specification compliance
- Participate in design reviews to mitigate manufacturing and assembly risks for cabin trim components
- Lead MRB meetings and represent quality on engineering change control boards
