West Coast Sales Engineer
About this role
Harbinger seeks a West Coast Sales Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between customers and the sales team, helping commercial fleet operators understand how the company's EV platform addresses their operational challenges. You'll lead technical discussions, develop solutions, and collaborate across engineering and product teams to drive vehicle adoption in the medium-duty EV market.
What you'll do
- Partner with sales throughout the customer journey from discovery through vehicle delivery
- Lead technical demonstrations, presentations, and customer discussions on EV platforms and charging solutions
- Analyze customer operations and recommend vehicle configurations tailored to their business needs
- Develop technical proposals, respond to RFPs, and support commercial requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical challenges and incorporate customer feedback into product development
- Support pilot programs, customer launches, dealer training, and industry events
