About this role
Wizards of the Coast seeks a Product Engineer to oversee manufacturing specifications and production processes for iconic tabletop games like Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons. You'll partner with external suppliers to translate game developer visions into physical products while managing costs and quality throughout development and production.
What you'll do
- Develop collation plans and manufacturing specifications with suppliers
- Create printing and packaging solutions that meet product vision and functionality requirements
- Generate cost estimates aligned with finance targets across all development phases
- Review and approve proofs, materials, and components from supplier partners
- Attend on-site production approvals including press checks and pack-out validations
- Lead cross-functional product development meetings and problem-solve technical challenges
