Customer Success Engineer
About this role
Hedra seeks a Customer Success Engineer to guide API and AI model customers from initial integration through production deployment. You'll be the technical bridge between customers and the product team, debugging integrations, optimizing for latency and cost, and driving feature requests based on real-world usage patterns.
What you'll do
- Manage post-sales technical relationships for API, agent, and inference customers through onboarding, integration, and production scaling
- Debug API calls, review customer code, and guide optimal platform usage for developers and enterprise teams
- Architect and troubleshoot production deployments with focus on latency, throughput, cost, and reliability constraints
- Translate recurring customer pain points into concrete product proposals for engineering and product teams
- Partner with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and grow pilot usage into production scale
- Build runbooks, reference integrations, and documentation to enable customer success scalability
