About this role

Indicium AI seeks a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to establish the company's US presence by embedding within enterprise clients to modernize their development workflows using AI-native technologies. You'll lead technical transformations, co-engineer production systems leveraging Claude and agentic frameworks, and drive business growth through trusted client relationships.

What you'll do

  • Audit enterprise workflows and design AI-native target architectures using Claude, MCP servers, and automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Embed with client and Anthropic teams to refactor codebases and deploy AI-augmented practices in production environments
  • Serve as technical partner to US executive stakeholders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering) to identify high-value problems and expand accounts
  • Codify patterns, tools, and best practices from engagements to scale Indicium AI's global playbook
  • Lead client engagements while collaborating with specialized delivery pods and Anthropic field teams
  • Mentor client developers and champion developers on emerging AI practices
