About this role

Ironclad seeks a Demo Engineer to design and build scalable demo environments and tools for the GTM team, enabling Solution Engineers to effectively showcase the AI contracting platform. You'll create use-case-specific demos, integrate with enterprise systems like Salesforce and SAP, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure demo assets reflect product capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Design and build scalable demo tools and environments for Solution Engineers and Enterprise Architects
  • Create use-case and industry-specific demo scripts and environments
  • Develop integrations with partner systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, Coupa, ServiceNow, Workday)
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate enhancements into demo assets
  • Support Solution Engineers and Enterprise Architects in developing specialized demos
  • Provide actionable product feedback and identify automation opportunities for demo assets

  • Middleware and API platform tools (Postman)
  • Business process mapping for legal, sales, and procurement

  • Demo environment architecture and design
