About this role

K Group Companies seeks a Junior Automation Engineer to design and build automation workflows, AI-assisted integrations, and internal tools using n8n, APIs, and webhooks. This hands-on role focuses on connecting disparate business systems and delivering scalable solutions for both internal operations and client engagements in a collaborative, family-owned technology services firm.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n, APIs, and webhooks across business platforms
  • Develop AI-assisted pipelines for document processing, classification, notification routing, and data transformation
  • Connect disparate systems like CRMs, ticketing platforms, ERPs, and communication tools that weren't designed to integrate
  • Support client delivery engagements by translating business requirements into working systems and documenting outcomes
  • Create reusable workflow templates, delivery frameworks, and runbooks to scale the automation practice
  • Build dashboards and front-end tools to surface automation outputs to non-technical users

  • n8n, Make (Integromat), or similar no-code automation platforms
  • APIs, webhooks, and JSON
  • Linux environments and documentation reading
  • Python or JavaScript scripting
