About this role
Join Klarity as an AI Backend Engineer to build production-grade backend systems and distributed infrastructure powering multimodal AI agents for enterprise customers. You'll own features end-to-end, working at the intersection of applied AI and backend engineering while shipping quality products at high velocity alongside senior engineers.
What you'll do
- Design and build backend services, APIs, and data models that handle real-world enterprise data ingestion and orchestration
- Develop and ship AI agent workflows and orchestration systems that scale reliably in production
- Implement enterprise-grade security, observability, and performance standards across infrastructure
- Own meaningful features end-to-end from design through deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate ambitious AI capabilities into reliable systems
- Participate in architecture reviews and design decisions for distributed systems and AI platform components
