About this role
Klaviyo seeks an IT Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise systems including identity management, endpoint solutions, and SaaS platforms. What you'll do
- Design and implement SaaS systems administration and lifecycle management solutions
- Build automation and engineering solutions for internal teams and business operations
- Execute SSO/SCIM implementations and multi-tool integrations with focus on scalability
- Own projects end-to-end from problem statement through rollout, testing, and documentation
- Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Engineering teams on technical escalations
- Create runbooks, knowledge base articles, and maintain least-privilege access configurations

- SaaS platform administration (Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Atlassian, Zoom)
- macOS and iOS device management via MDM (Jamf preferred)
- Enterprise identity and endpoint security

- Problem identification and stakeholder collaboration
- Windows device management (Intune experience helpful)
