IT Systems Engineer

About this role

Klaviyo seeks an IT Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise systems including identity management, endpoint solutions, and SaaS platforms. This hands-on role involves building automations, managing system lifecycles, and leveraging AI to improve workflows while supporting thousands of employees across the company.

What you'll do

• Design and implement SaaS systems administration and lifecycle management solutions
• Build automation and engineering solutions for internal teams and business operations
• Execute SSO/SCIM implementations and multi-tool integrations with focus on scalability
• Own projects end-to-end from problem statement through rollout, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Engineering teams on technical escalations
• Create runbooks, knowledge base articles, and maintain least-privilege access configurations

What they're looking for

• SaaS platform administration (Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Atlassian, Zoom)
• macOS and iOS device management via MDM (Jamf preferred)
• Enterprise identity and endpoint security
• SSO/SCIM implementation and configuration
• Automation and scripting for system management
• AI-assisted troubleshooting and documentation
• Problem identification and stakeholder collaboration
• Windows device management (Intune experience helpful)
