About this role

KnowBe4 seeks a Sales Engineer for the LATAM region to serve as the technical bridge between prospects and the platform, delivering Spanish-language product demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements. You'll partner with Account Executives to communicate how the company's workforce security solution drives business value throughout the sales cycle.

What you'll do

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations in Spanish tailored to prospect needs
  • Address technical questions and objections from LATAM prospects and stakeholders
  • Lead proof-of-value engagements and implementations for regional customers
  • Support Account Executives throughout the entire sales process in Latin America
  • Translate complex technical features into clear business value propositions
  • Build trusted technical relationships with prospects and customers in the region
