About this role
Kognitos seeks a Master's student to join its Forward Deployed Engineer team, working on-site in Mountain View to design and deploy AI-powered business automation solutions for enterprise customers. You'll bridge product and customers, translating complex business needs into working automations while developing professional judgment and technical skills.
What you'll do
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand processes, gather requirements, and resolve technical issues
- Design, build, and deploy automations using the Kognitos platform and neurosymbolic reasoning engine
- Translate business problems into technical solutions and prototype quickly with real customer data
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and executives
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and improve the platform
- Take ownership of customer outcomes and navigate ambiguous situations with sound judgment
