About this role

Lambda is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to identify, evaluate, and execute M&A and strategic investments focused on data center and digital infrastructure assets. You'll lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence while working cross-functionally to support the company's expansion in AI cloud infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A and strategic investment opportunities in data center and real asset portfolios
  • Build financial models, conduct valuation analysis, and lead due diligence on potential transactions
  • Collaborate with data center infrastructure, site selection, finance, and legal teams on deal execution
  • Develop investment theses and market analyses to inform strategic decision-making
  • Track industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify market opportunities and inform strategy
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and technology capabilities
