About this role

Lambda seeks an experienced Infrastructure & Energy Counsel to lead the legal structuring and negotiation of multi-billion-dollar physical infrastructure deals, including data center leases, power contracts, and real estate transactions. This role serves as primary deal architect for a rapidly scaling AI cloud infrastructure company, working cross-functionally with technical and business teams to execute complex transactions across development projects and hyperscale deployments.

What you'll do

  • Lead commercial negotiation and documentation of development deals, site leasing, and real estate transactions
  • Structure and manage Power Purchase Agreements, utility interconnection agreements, and behind-the-meter generation frameworks
  • Draft and negotiate construction contracts, engineering services agreements, and design-build documents for infrastructure projects
  • Partner with corporate development and finance teams on project financing, tax incentives, and complex lease structures
  • Align legal risk frameworks with engineering, security, and business development across cross-functional teams
  • Direct and oversee outside counsel on specialized regulatory and regional matters
