GRC Engineer
About this role
Legora seeks a GRC Engineer to build the automation platform that powers their compliance and assurance program. You'll design and implement evidence pipelines, continuous controls monitoring, and agentic workflows that turn certifications into operational outputs—sitting at the intersection of security engineering and compliance domain expertise.
What you'll do
- Build data pipelines and integrations across cloud, identity, HR, and CI/CD systems to aggregate control evidence and create audit-ready dashboards
- Implement a unified controls library mapping across multiple frameworks with automated evidence collection and continuous monitoring
- Translate policies and regulations into enforceable automated checks and drift alerts within CI/CD and infrastructure deployment
- Design agentic workflows for evidence analysis, control testing, and audit response preparation with appropriate human oversight
- Develop the technical evidence base for AI certifications including agent logging, evaluation evidence, and failure documentation
- Instrument control effectiveness reporting so leadership can assess risk posture from live operational data
