About this role

Legora is hiring an IT Automation Engineer in New York City to own and expand automation across their IT infrastructure. You'll manage identity and SaaS systems using platforms like Okta and Serval, build workflows for onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning, and partner with teams to identify and deliver automation opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

What you'll do

  • Own day-to-day operation, configuration, and integrations of Serval platform
  • Identify and deliver automation opportunities independently and with peers, assessing ROI and managing rollouts
  • Build workflows and integrations for onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and data consistency across systems
  • Collaborate with People Technology on HRIS integrations and automation initiatives
  • Monitor workflow outcomes, troubleshoot failures using logs and APIs, and maintain reliability
  • Design, test, and measure automation initiatives; track impact on manual effort, errors, and control gaps
