What you'll do
- Design fixturing and tooling in SolidWorks for semi-automated, automated, and manual manufacturing operations
- Source and commission production equipment including robotics and automation cells
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes that scale with production volume growth
- Provide day-to-day engineering support on the manufacturing floor
- Analyze process data to identify and resolve quality and throughput bottlenecks
- Collaborate with experienced manufacturing engineers and support regulatory compliance within a quality system
