About this role

LogicMonitor seeks a DevOps Demo Engineer in Austin to maintain and enhance the infrastructure supporting critical sales demonstration environments. You'll ensure demo infrastructure remains stable, scalable, and optimized for showcasing products to potential customers, working across deployment automation, monitoring, and infrastructure configuration.

What you'll do

  • Maintain sales demo environments for POCs, webinars, trials, and custom demo scenarios, ensuring availability and current configurations
  • Configure and support underlying infrastructure using established standards and playbooks with guided change management
  • Support automated deployment pipelines, execute deployments, troubleshoot failures, and improve scripts following GitOps practices
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, scripting, validation, and runbook creation with appropriate human oversight and security controls
  • Implement monitoring, dashboards, and alert tuning to improve visibility and identify issues early
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet demo environment requirements and drive business impact
