Lyft is hiring an experienced Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Salesforce solutions across sales, marketing, legal, and finance operations. The role combines declarative and programmatic development with cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable business systems.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and declarative tools
  • Build and maintain complex data models, custom objects, and integrations between Salesforce and external systems
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Implement comprehensive testing strategies and follow DevOps practices for code deployment and release management
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain data integrity with security compliance
  • Support MarTech stack consolidation and identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation within Salesforce
