About this role

Magnet Forensics seeks an AI & Automation Engineer to identify and automate high-volume, repetitive processes across business systems teams. You'll design and deploy AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions that reduce manual work and free up capacity for strategic initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Identify high-volume, repetitive, and manual processes across Business Applications, Data & Analytics, and IT teams
  • Build, test, and deploy automation and AI-enabled workflows using enterprise platforms and workflow tools
  • Translate business processes into reliable, observable, and well-governed technical solutions
  • Implement error handling, human-in-the-loop escalation, and measurable outcome tracking
  • Collaborate with team leaders to prioritize automation opportunities and measure impact
  • Maintain clear ownership and governance of deployed automations
