About this role
Mixpanel seeks a Delivery Engineer II to lead post-sales onboarding and data health for strategic customers, guiding them through product analytics integration while managing technical projects and emerging AI workflows within their data ecosystems.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding and data health for high-value clients, ensuring ongoing data quality improvements and tech stack integration
- Consult with prospects and clients to define business goals, metrics, and data architecture aligned with project outcomes
- Execute technical onboarding, optimize Mixpanel deployments, and improve data trust across customer engineering and product teams
- Deliver data architecture consultations, adoption strategies, and change management best practices
- Create scalable data governance practices and lead data optimization or re-implementation projects
- Manage project timelines and scope while building AI automations and advising on agentic workflow integration

- Cloud data warehouse experience (GCP, Redshift, Azure)
