Delivery Engineer II
About this role
Mixpanel seeks a Delivery Engineer II to lead post-sales onboarding and data health for strategic customers, ensuring successful product analytics integration into their data ecosystem. You'll provide technical consulting on data architecture, modern data stacks, and emerging AI workflows while managing complex implementation projects.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding and data health for high-value clients with ongoing data quality and tech stack integration support
- Consult with customers' engineering, product, and marketing teams on technical deployment and data optimization
- Deliver data architecture consultations and guide adoption/change management best practices
- Manage complex technical projects balancing timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations
- Build AI automations and advise customers on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel
- Serve as technical sponsor for internal product and engineering prioritization based on client needs
