About this role

Mixpanel seeks a Delivery Engineer II to lead post-sales onboarding and data health for strategic clients, ensuring successful product analytics adoption across their data stack while consulting on AI integrations and modern data architecture.

What you'll do

  • Own onboarding and data health for high-value clients, including data quality improvements and tech stack integration
  • Partner with pre-sales and customers to define business goals and design data architecture aligned with project outcomes
  • Deliver technical services including data architecture consulting, deployment optimization, and change management
  • Execute technical onboarding with engineering, product, and marketing teams while managing project scope and timelines
  • Build AI automations and consult customers on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data
  • Serve as technical sponsor between client needs and internal product/engineering teams for prioritization

  • Data querying, modeling, and transformation (SQL, dbt, Python, BI tools, or product analytics tools)
  • Cloud data warehouses (Google Cloud, Redshift, Azure)
  • Product analytics implementation (SDKs, CDPs, event streaming, Reverse ETL)

  • AI integration and MCP servers experience
  • Customer success or professional services background
