About this role
Mixpanel seeks a Delivery Engineer III to lead post-sales onboarding and data health for strategic customers, ensuring successful product analytics integration into their data ecosystems. You'll combine technical expertise in analytics, data architecture, and AI workflows with consultative project management to drive customer adoption and value realization.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding and data health initiatives for high-value clients, managing ongoing data quality and tech stack integration enhancements
- Consult with customers' engineering, product, and marketing teams on technical onboarding, deployment optimization, and data trust improvements
- Deliver technical services including data architecture consultations, adoption strategies, and change management guidance
- Leverage data architecture expertise to design scalable governance practices and execute data optimization projects
- Manage complex project deliverables while balancing timelines, scope, and unexpected challenges with diverse client stakeholders
- Build AI automations and consult customers on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data platforms

- Cloud data warehouse expertise (Google Cloud, Redshift, Azure)
- Product analytics implementation (SDKs, CDPs, event streaming, reverse ETL)
