What you'll do
- Resolve complex technical issues for enterprise customers spanning architecture, performance, security, and recovery

- Advocate for customer needs to product management and development teams
- Develop and contribute to internal support tools for diagnostics, benchmarking, and performance analysis
- Troubleshoot and diagnose production issues in real-time across distributed systems
- Mentor and collaborate with technical services team members on challenging problems
