About this role
NETGEAR seeks a Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership for enterprise networking solutions, bridging sales, customer success, and product development. You'll architect and deploy Wi-Fi, switching, and Zero Trust security solutions while serving as a customer advocate to influence product innovation.
What you'll do
- Deliver pre-sales technical consultation, solution design, and proof-of-concepts for enterprise customers
- Lead architecture and deployment of enterprise-grade WiFi, switches, routers, and security solutions
- Present technical content to IT stakeholders, channel partners, and internal teams
- Facilitate post-sales transitions, manage escalations, and ensure customer experience consistency
- Gather and communicate customer feedback and feature requests to Product Management
- Design and support Zero Trust security environments with segmentation and secure onboarding
