• Design and build backend services supporting millions of Octopus Energy customers globally
• Develop features for energy tariffs, billing systems, and customer-facing functionality
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary, international teams to solve complex energy tech challenges
• Contribute to site reliability, performance optimization, and system architecture decisions
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards
• Help shape the technical direction of renewable energy platforms
