About this role

OBE seeks a Product Engineer to bridge design and manufacturing for architectural glass and building products. You'll manage custom orders, optimize production processes, and provide technical support to manufacturing and sales teams while leveraging expertise in materials, fabrication, and quality standards.

What you'll do

  • Process and manage custom orders through completion with full documentation
  • Create job packages and manufacturing documentation for production runs
  • Support daily production line operations and troubleshoot operational issues
  • Provide technical expertise to Production and Product Group Sales teams
  • Assist with custom quote preparation and cost-effective solutions
  • Partner with NPD Engineers on new product development initiatives
