About this role

OBE seeks an AutoCAD Designer to create technical submission drawings for custom window projects using architectural specifications and CAD software. The role involves interpreting building requirements, generating 2D/3D drawings, and delivering accurate project documentation on schedule.

What you'll do

  • Read and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications for custom window orders
  • Generate complete and accurate 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
  • Analyze sales, estimating, and production requirements for assigned projects
  • Research and validate engineering product standards and project compliance
  • Produce submission packages with high accuracy and timely delivery
  • Support safety, quality, and continuous process improvement initiatives
