About this role
Olsson seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to deliver power systems studies and electrical design for data centers and mission-critical infrastructure serving major technology companies. You'll perform short circuit analysis, arc flash studies, and technical reporting while collaborating across engineering teams and client stakeholders, with potential site visits required.
What you'll do
- Conduct short circuit coordination and arc flash studies for data center and mission-critical projects
- Perform electrical design calculations and prepare technical reports and design documentation
- Coordinate with internal Olsson teams, technical staff, and clients on project deliverables
- Investigate and troubleshoot electrical problems to develop practical solutions
- Travel to job sites for observation, testing, and client meetings as needed
- Serve as senior technical resource contributing ownership and expertise to assigned projects
