About this role

OnePay seeks a Senior QE Platform Engineer to design and maintain test automation infrastructure across web, mobile, and backend services for a fast-growing fintech platform. You'll build shared frameworks, tooling, and practices that enable engineering teams to ship reliably at scale while reducing testing friction.

What you'll do

  • Design and own test automation frameworks used across web, mobile, and backend engineering teams
  • Build and maintain scalable test execution infrastructure with flaky-test detection and triage capabilities
  • Partner with engineering teams to improve test coverage and embed quality practices into development workflows
  • Develop tooling for test environment provisioning, data management, and parallelized test execution
  • Monitor test infrastructure health and identify friction points slowing down feedback loops
  • Document testing best practices and help engineers write effective, maintainable automated tests

  • Test automation framework design and architecture (Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Cypress)
  • TypeScript/Node.js proficiency with framework engineering experience
  • Cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS) and containerized environments
  • Full-stack testing expertise (API, integration, end-to-end, mobile, web)
  • Test infrastructure monitoring and instrumentation
  • Cross-team communication and influence on engineering practices
  • Microservices architecture understanding
