Solutions Engineer
About this role
OneTrust seeks a Solutions Engineer in Atlanta to serve as a technical advisor during the sales cycle, helping customers understand how OneTrust's governance platform addresses privacy, security, and compliance challenges. You'll deliver product demos, conduct technical discovery, support proof-of-concepts, and collaborate across teams to drive successful customer outcomes.
What you'll do
- Partner with Account Executives to support new business opportunities and guide customers through the sales cycle
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations addressing customer requirements and business objectives
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, workflows, and integration needs
- Support proof-of-concept evaluations and architect solutions aligned with customer goals and existing technology
- Handle RFPs, security questionnaires, technical documentation requests, and other evaluation components
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams
