About this role

Lead technical engagements with customers piloting frontier AI capabilities, translating emerging model features into real-world applications. Own end-to-end early access programs by prototyping solutions, designing evaluations, gathering feedback, and informing product launch decisions while collaborating across research, product, and GTM teams.

What you'll do

  • Engage deeply with strategic customers to understand goals, workflows, and technical constraints during alpha testing phases
  • Prototype rapidly and iterate on solutions using emerging capabilities with customers and internal research/product teams
  • Design and support evaluations to assess model behavior, solution quality, and failure modes
  • Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining momentum and anticipating blockers
  • Synthesize customer feedback and translate findings into actionable recommendations for research and product teams
  • Codify successful architectures, evaluation methods, and technical patterns into reusable playbooks
