Full Stack Software Engineer, Agent Enablement

About this role

OpenAI seeks an experienced full-stack engineer to build infrastructure for an open agent ecosystem, designing identity protocols and user interfaces for controlling AI agents across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. You'll drive technical and product decisions while collaborating with research, design, and customer teams to shape the future of agent-enabled services.

What you'll do

• Design protocols and primitives enabling agents to interact with sites and services across the internet
• Build user experiences for observing and controlling agents across multiple platforms
• Develop token consumption and billing models for subscriptions and API customers
• Execute fast-paced projects with research, design, and data science teams
• Partner with strategic customers to grow the agent ecosystem
• Translate user feedback into product improvements
