About this role

Join OpenAI's Coding team to build AI-powered software development tools that transform how engineers work across the entire development lifecycle. You'll own full-stack product experiences spanning frontend, backend, AI workflows, and infrastructure while partnering with developers worldwide to eliminate friction in the coding process.

What you'll do

• Build end-to-end product experiences across frontend applications, backend services, AI agent workflows, and cloud infrastructure
• Design AI-powered workflows that work across diverse engineering teams, languages, and development practices
• Discover and implement novel applications of AI throughout the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with product, design, and research teams to understand developer needs and ship improvements
• Engage directly with users including OpenAI developers, open-source contributors, and enterprises to validate solutions
• Improve reliability, observability, scalability, and performance of built systems
