About this role
Join OpenAI's Cooperative AI team to build intelligent knowledge systems and automation platforms that leverage cutting-edge AI models. You'll own end-to-end development of platform capabilities while collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and internal customers to demonstrate AI's transformative potential at scale.
What you'll do
- Own complete development lifecycle for new platform capabilities and system integrations
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and architects to understand problems and implement solutions
- Work with product and research teams to integrate latest AI models and gather feedback
- Design data models, architecture, and security foundations for AI-powered systems
- Support both internal and external customers across customer support, integrity, and product insights domains
- Iterate rapidly and prove impact through internal use cases before scaling
