About this role

Join OpenAI's Cooperative AI team to build intelligent knowledge systems and automation platforms that leverage cutting-edge AI models. You'll own end-to-end development of platform capabilities while collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and internal customers to demonstrate AI's transformative potential at scale.

What you'll do

  • Own complete development lifecycle for new platform capabilities and system integrations
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and architects to understand problems and implement solutions
  • Work with product and research teams to integrate latest AI models and gather feedback

  • Support both internal and external customers across customer support, integrity, and product insights domains
  • Iterate rapidly and prove impact through internal use cases before scaling
