What you'll do
- Deliver sales presentations and project-specific technical overviews to customers
- Assess equipment needs and system requirements, then recommend appropriate configurations
- Develop and deliver training courses for internal and external customers across multiple formats
- Prepare cost estimates and site configurations using blueprints and customer documentation
- Support project installations remotely or on-site, including troubleshooting and post-visit summaries
- Provide customer feedback to product management and create technical content for marketing initiatives
